Game developing status---week 7

So I'm moving onto music composing even though character designing isn't completely done. lol

Call it sudden inspiration, I just don't want to lose the idea of the music 3 hours later.

Week 6---Paper Prototype Critiques

Critiques 2---Gravity Bootcamp

I like the idea about how you can fly around using the gravity gun, but I think it would be more interesting if the obstacles are also going to be effected by gravitation manipulation instead being stationary.

I think pvp playtesting is not really expressing your game to full potential. I think you should focus on designing the level. The game can be really hard and really fun to play in my opinion.

Week 6---Paper Prototype Critiques

Critique 1 - Saturate

The game concept is very interesting to me. I always like the idea of color manipulation. The shooting and the moving mechanic is pretty much completed. But, in terms of the level design, however, I see a little problem. If players are to saturate the color of all enemies into "a" certain color i.e the background color, does the players have to stare at that one color until they pass the level?

On the other hand, if, say the goal color is red and green, does a red enemy in the green area dies as soon as it enters the red area?

If the enemy will die on either color regardless the position of the enemy unit, then I suggest make the color wheel bigger because the game would be really easy.

Game developing status---week 6

Character sprite is 90% complete.
The bullets are done, but I still need to figure out how to make a laser.

Game developing status---week 5

The game testing is just funny.

We are making a shooting game, and we have to make the system turn-based and look like an 8-bit, Atari shooting game in the 80s

I seriously think I should have done this on computer, so that I don't have to move 1 grid of bullet 300 something times. lol
